 U.S. District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange issued a temporary restraining order to block an amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution from taking effect.  The judge issued the temporary restraining order against approving the ballots in favor of State Question 755, which bans courts from considering international or Islamic law.  The ruling was issued Monday morning in Oklahoma City following a brief hearing.    continued….
